Those are tables in the database, you need to use a report writer.

Thank you again for answering, please don't hate me but I am in the Sage 300 Intelligence Reporting 2017 (report writer) and I cannot locate any tables to link together including the ones you provided. I will keep looking at tutorials but I was wondering you have a starting point on how to create this report from scratch or a good tutorial. Again please don't hate me! =(

You're better off using Crystal Reports to pull that sort of ad hoc data and then you can make changes to your existing reports if you desire. You can purchase it from your VAR or online. I also recommend Crystal Reports for Dummies.  It's a well written book.

Seconding what Django said. Creating new "containers" in Intelligence is a bigger learning curve than it's worth, imho, and Intelligence is very slow at extracting data to produce the report each time. If you just need a report, use Crystal. If you need to be able to work with the data in Excel, use Microsoft Query or Power Query depending on your Excel version.
