I would appricate if some one can help me in resolving the issue we are facing.
- Navigate to ‘General Ledger’ -> ‘Financial Reporter’ and then click on ‘Print Financial Statements’ (Step-1).
- Select the statement name ‘Balsum01.xls’ and then select ‘Print Destination’ as ‘Preview’ or ’File’ and then click on ‘Print’ (Step-2).
- Resulting Excel Preview/File shows the values as ‘0.00’ on the Excel sheet (Step-3).
as you see when we generate report all values are zero i tried all other templates as well.
