Sage 300 2018 - Strange Characters (Spanish) at Screen and/or Reports after upgrade Workstation from Win 7 to Win 10

Hi,

After we upgrade this customer to new OS at workstations ( all programs at server ) in one of them - we use spanish version - we see strange characters set on screen and/or reports. For example, "ñ" or vowels with accent. I attach images...

Even when entering text at screen we get strange characters that appear as it at reports:

We tried setting Regional Settings accordingly (Region, Language) and so on, but no luck. Just in one PC a few more not an issue. Any idea?

    Jay, in another PC that IT upgrade also from Win 7 to Win 10 and later we install Workstation setup...there is happening other strange issue (not in other PCs).....when printing or preview Sage reports...they process but never send to printer or screen.....other applications no problem Excel, Word, etc).....I just tried print to File and Email and also didn't work!!! Any idea? A lot of time ago I cant preview with another customer but was for everyone not just in one machine.
