I changed item numbers for ten of the items using item number change utility. It went through successfully. However, I am unable to find three of the items. I do know that these items exist in Sage but I can not use these items.

When I scroll through items in Items Window, I can see these items but instead of Save feature I see Add feature. Has anyone encountered this kind of issue before? I am lost.
