Thank for the reply. This error still pending and now we have another batch with the same error.

According to our local service provider, this will need to send back to Sage to fix as seems like is data corruption. Currently still pending as Users have urgent task to finish before sent. It will be much better if this error can be solve by ourselves.

Hows your SQL skills you are going to have to fix this in the Db or send to someone for repair.

Encountered the same problem and have to change the status of the bank recon to cleared or deleted.

How do i go about in the MS.SQL? please guide on the file and field name.  Thanks
