VPF in 2018 ran on Adobe Flash Player.  Flash had serious security issues, and Adobe chose to abandon it rather than continue to attempt to plug the holes.  Again, for security reasons, Microsoft chose to disallow Flash once Abode withdrew support, so it no longer works on Windows.  To continue to use Visual Process Flows, your only recourse is to upgrade to a supported version of Sage 300, in which VPF no longer uses Flash Player.  Sage does not issue product fixes for unsupported versions.
