Crystal Report Error: No response when printing

Dear All,

When I installed Sage 300 2016 (PU2) on Win 10 machine, I found no error on installation. But when I print all the default crystal report on every module, nothing come out or show no error and the print dialog box is disappeared. I run Regacc, manually register a4crwinterop.dll, un-install and re-install .NET 3.5, but still it didn't work. When I check window event manger I found the following error.

I also tried to reinstall Sage, but still no luck.

Please help me how to solve this issue.

  • Uninstall the Visual c++ 2015 redistributable and then re-install it manually (download and install both x86 and 64bit). check if still working run the workstation setup again (May be PU is updated  so need to refresh the installation.)
