In each item price list there is a "Price Check" that you can set, but you have to do it for each item on each price list.  So you could have different rule for different things.

We have a few set for if an item is left at $0.00 to remind people to double check.

Thank you. I will look at that. I have used several systems prior to Sage 300 and they all had popups or notifications when something seemed out of line. I just haven't experienced it with this system yet.
