Sage 300 2022 Account Code Change Utility

Ive recently upgraded a customer to Sage 300 2022 PU2, and they have come to change a GL Account which they have done numerous times in the past.  When they try now using the Account Code Change, whether it be changing one or more that 1, it gets to AP Job Details and then stops.  I have tried it on 2 different installs, on 1 it brings up a Debug message from Visual Studio, on the other it just closes the Account Code Change screen.

I have also tried on a couple of other companies and get a similar issue, but it stops at AP Vendor Groups.

Has anyone else had issues with the Account Code Changer after upgrading to 2022?

    Search the KB, there are hotfixes, and PU3 includes them.

    Hi Jay,

    Account code change run in my laptop with Sage 300 2022 Update 2 without any issue but for this post I upgrade to Update 3 and then running Account Code change I get AR68ARRD: Critical Error: [1212] invalid working directory path and now my Sample Database is corrupt!!!!

    But as I have a customer just get an error running Account Code Change with Update 2 then I test with Update 3 here in my laptop but get that error Weird !!! And not sure why mention AR68ARRD I just have 69A

    Any idea?

    The sample data is corrupt and the customer data is correct. So PU2 will run on your sample data, but not the client. Running PU3 will run on the clients data, but not sample data.

    Good morning. How are you?

    Let me give more info. At customer site with Sage 300 2022 Update 2, they run Account Code Change and get this error at some point:

    Sage 300 Account Code Change has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

    So finished wrong and data is corrupted with customer. We are dbloading a dbdump we get before running ACC.

    Here in my laptop, with Sage 300 2022 Update 2 if we run ACC with Sample data or customer data no issue. Everything fine. But if I install Update 3, I get error AR68ARRD: Critical Error: [1212] invalid working directory path...and data is corrupted.

    Any idea or suggestion?

    Hi Oscar, 

    PU2 has an issue with vendor, customer and account code change. PU2 will run fine on sample data, but not live production data. 

    PU3 addresses the above issue. We have not seen any issues running PU3 ACC. Not sure without investigation, but suspect the customer data is damaged.
