Sage 300 v2022 AccpacGoButton Error

Run-Time Error '372':
Failed to load control 'ImageList' from MSCOMCTL.OCX. Your version of MSCOMCTL.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

We are getting this error and cannot find out how to resolve. the current workaround when our clerks get this is to sign out of the Sage300 and sign out of the Terminal Server, sign back in and for what ever reason the error does not happen again. if someone can provide me some guidance it would be appreciated.

DATA server - Win 2022 Server
SAGE 300 version - 2023
SQL Server - Win 2022 Server
SQL version - 2019

I've fixed MSCOMCTL before, but once it's fixed, the errors stop. You situation looks like some antimalware interfering.

Hi Jay. yes we thought the same thing. we updated the OCX file at the recommendation of Sage Support, but that did not. we disabled our endpoint protection software for a day, and the errors still popped up. we also found that the errors are sporadic and no isolated to one user or one Sage300 module...very random it appears.

any thoughts?
