Yes I did

even did dbdump and load hoping to jump start it 

Hi there I had the same issue and sure enough there's a check box in db-setup.  I had looked in the help files but it doesn't list that at all.  The report shows in AS so that's rather odd if the feature isn't turned on. It works now!

how did you get it to work? Which feature?

by ticking the checkbox in database setup? If that is the case, it’s already ticked but still prints blank
