I've copied it from another workstation with this font. Newer versions of Windows don't ship with this font. (Keep a copy of the TTF with your install media.)

It sounds like Sage 300 Crystal reports should be updated to use a different font.

No way, no how, we're not updating all those reports.  Just keep copies of the TTFs around, the software police aren't going to arrest us.

Typically the font was installed with MS Office. So if you didn't install office then all of your reports were transported back to 1995 Times New Roman.

It's a non-issue.  Move on.

We've been installing the Arial Unicode MS font (ARIALUNI.TTF) onto RDS Session Hosts, Citrix Session Hosts, and in the rare case they're still used, local workstation installs for close to ten years as part of our normal process and just assumed that's what everyone did?  Honestly the font takes five seconds to install or you can push it out via GP OU if its too much work do it manually.

I created a copy of the regular Arial font with the name changed to Arial Unicode MS. So, the Sage 300 reports will use regular Arial instead of Arial Unicode MS.
