Hi Henie Brandol I would strongly recommend engaging a Sage 300 Business Partner to assist on this one - especially when you get to setting up Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud (SIRC). In any case start with section 2-2 "Considerations for Installing the Sage 300 Web Screens" in the Installation and Administration Guide to check IIS features are installed correctly (https://cdn.na.sage.com/docs/en/customer/300erp/Documentation.htm), then re-run the Server install and ensure Web Screens are ticked on (check your Sage 300 subscription license includes the Web Screens though most do). Next work through section 5 "Configuring Sage 300 Web Screens" - particularly ensuring the Portal Database section is followed and setup correctly. Once you have the core web screens working, refer to the "Web Screens Getting Started Guide".
