Go to the taxes tab in the employee record, highlight the INCTAX row, then click on the Tax Info button. Enter a large number in either other deduction or other tax credits (e.g. 999,999). No income tax will be deducted. Repeat for provincial taxes.

The income will show on the T4 as long as you've added INCTAX to the employee profile. The TD1 info will make it zero, but you still need the tax code added to the employee
