Migrating User Workstation Preferences to a New Computer

I am assisting a colleague with configuring new workstations for employees who use Sage 300.

Each employee has configured their existing workstation screens extensively, including column placement in the Order Entry window, custom Crystal Reports paths, selected printers, and some additional preferences. (These are the classic screens, not the web screens).

Is there a way I can export their existing workstation settings from their old computer and import to their new one?

I did find this discussion in the forum for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, but I expect the particulars would be different for regular Sage 300. Also, this discussion seems to be along the lines of what I want to do, but unfortunately details were sparse.
