IC TRANSFER

I am running Sage 300 2021

An IC transfer was done to move an item from one location to another. The transfer document posted as completed and the end of day run as well. However I Can not seeing the item coming out of one location and not going into the other location even though the transfer document / Transaction Listing  is showing  It is completed/Posted

Please advise.

    Hello Awais, 

    When you post a transfer from one location to another, the quantities will be available in the new location. If it is not showing in the new location, it could that you entered a "Transit Transfer" which would then require a "Transit Receipt" into the new location. 

    If it still is not showing, please open a support ticket with Customer Support.

    David raised a good point. Also, you may want to check if the item being transferred is allowed in the target location.
