Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed

Getting this error when trying to export our vendors object to Excel 2007:  Description: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.  I have Access Runtime 2019 (x86) installed along with Office 2019 (x86).  Access Runtime provides Access Database Engine via the file "ACEDAO.DLL" located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16". The file version is 16.0.10352.20042. Does Access Runtime (w/ Access Database Engine 16) support exports to Excel 2007?

    Hi  ,

Thank you for reaching out about the error you're encountering while trying to export your vendors object to Excel 2007. It seems like the issue is related to the Microsoft Access Database Engine.

From your description, although you have Access Runtime 2019 installed, the error suggests a problem with the Access Database Engine, either not being installed or having a corrupted installation. Access Runtime does provide the Access Database Engine, but it might not fully support exports to Excel 2007 in its current configuration.

To resolve this, see this article which recommends installing the Microsoft Access Database Engine 32-bit version, specifically using the "/passive" mode parameter. This should ensure proper installation and compatibility with Excel 2007 for exporting purposes.
