Error in the Bank Reconciliation

Hi,

As per the attached Screen shots, We have already reconciled bank reconciliations upto 30th November 2023. when we try to reconcile the month of December 2023, The Bank Reconciliation shows the book balance of last reconciliation as zero. however, there was a book balance at the time when we posted the bank reconciliation as at 30th November 2023.

Could you please advise how to solve this?

Please contact Support or your Sage Partner and open a support ticket.. It's not possible to troubleshoot this through this forum.

The book balance is the current book balance at the reconciliation date, it doesn't show the opening balance, it shows the balance of all movements in the bank account until the bank reconciliation date so if you're reconciling December, it shows the balance at November + deposits - withdrawals to give you the balance as at the reconciliation date.
