Good day community, I am trying to retrieve a bank reconciliation report as of November 31, 2023.
I am in January 2024 and I am unable to go back to that specific date (November 31, 2023)
Is there an alternative way to retrieve this report?
My error message when trying to go back under the bank reconciliation module:
Hi Ronaldino Jackson please run the Bank Reconciliation Post Journal report for the range you require. It will show you the closing details of each Bank Rec posted previously allowing you to look up prior Statement Balances and all Withdrawals and Deposits previously cleared. Great for seeing where a Bank Rec went "out" in a prior month with a recurring problem carrying from month to month:
Tick on Reprint Previously Printed Journals DO NOT tick on Clear all Printed Journals:
You will see the Rec details of prior posted Bank Recs:
