Did you check the Job Related box?

Hi Sam, 

Can you confirm if you have the job-related check box and if so, is it dimmed out?

If it's dimmed, it's because you have a regular detail or distribution in the detail grid (in my example above, the INV distribution auto-populates when I select the vendor because it is linked to the vendor record.. simply delete the Detail and the Job Related button.

thank you so much, yes i marked check mark box and in details box i can not enter contract No and other columns. i tried deferent jobs but details are not working. Thanks  

Go to Sample Company and learn how PJC projects are set up.  Maybe your projects are still in Estimate status.

Hi Sam, 

So your user is able to enter Job Related AP Invoices and select Contracts, etc.. but your assistant logging into the same company cannot select any Contracts/Projects even when Job Related is selected?  

Perhaps you can contact customer support and open a support ticket..
