Hi Muhammad Mughal try changing the Reconciliation date to today's date to see if someone cleared something in a future period.  Once you locate it, change it back to unreconciled, then change the reconciliation date back to the date you're actually reconciling to.  Hope that helps.

Hello Thannks for the help. greatly appreciate. i was able to locate the transaction but when i try to reverse the receipt following windows comes up.

Hi Muhammad Mughal try scrolling to the right and manually select "reconcile by deposit detail" allowing you to drill in and reconcile each individual receipt one at a time.  You might identify a bad deposit as you do this.  If you identify an individual deposit that can't be reconciled, post a screenshot of it to see if we can diagnose the problem.
