Right-click on the icons, select Restore Defaults

I tried Restore Defaults and it didnt work, thank you though. I did notice that the screen is not displaying all the text either if you look closely in the images I attached. Image 1 should say ACTUAL SHIP DATE and instead it is cut off only displaying ACTUAL SHIP DAT. This is true for all the text on that page.

Any other thoughts?

Set the Windows fonts to normal sizes.

Windows fonts are set to Medium already. I will try small but I doubt the user will appreciate that.

Get them a bigger monitor.

On another note, I added another image to show the other user having what I think is similar issues. The boxes are cut off. If she maximizes the screen they disappear all together.

Try smaller fonts (100% default) and/or play around with screen resolution e.g. 1280x1024, 1280x768, etc.
