It sounds like a data issue. You can quickly check the table UPDTLM, column RW2BOX. Valid values for that column are from 0 to 21. If you need to call for Support, generate a RVSpy log for this error and pass to them for review.

Thank you Vicente.  We checked that field as soon as we got this error and all of the records are 0.  I will run rvspy to see what that looks like.  

Just for future reference, I ran a data integrity check and found that the benefit paytypes were not set up correctly.  I had to change the type and the employer calc method and the employer base limit to work with the benefit type and the print worked.
