OEINV04 not printing Error Load Library

I am running Sage 300 2014 with product update 3. I was running OEINV01 for invoices, but I would like to be able to show the balance due when printing the invoice. Many customers make a prepayment. I attempted to use OEINV04 but I am receiving an Error Load Library error. I looked at previous notes on this issues and OEINV04 is not a datapipe report.

Any ideas?

Edit OERPT.INI and comment out the line type=DATAPIPE under OEINV01:
[OEINV01]
'type=DATAPIPE

That worked and I now see the report, but the prepayments on the invoice do not include prepayments that show up on the invoice as order prepayments. Is there anyway I can show all payments against the invoice in the payments area?

Did you edit the PAYED.RPT subreport to include them?

What field should I be using. If the prepayment shows up as an prepayment for the invoice it is on the report. It is also on the OEINV01, but if is shows up on the invoice as an order prepayment and now an invoice prepayment it does not. Also, in the prepayment table it only shows the order number for the payment and not that the payment has been applied to the invoice, but somehow the invoice entry screen acknowledges and recognizes the prepayment.
