Item code missing when printing PO

After key in a new PO and print it out, but the item codes are missing. Anyone has experienced same issue?

Which form? Does the item have a vendor item number?

The standard PO prints VENDOR item numbers, not your item numbers. Edit the PO form and change it to print your item numbers.
