Provider Cannot be Found - Cannot Import or Export

I recently upgrade from Office 2013 64-bit to Office 2016 ProPlus 64-bit. On my Sage 300 ERP 2014, I can no longer import / export files as I get the error "Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed". So far, my local support have suggested a downgrade to office 32-bit but that is not an option as our organisation standardised on 64-bit office a long time ago.

Any other suggestions? Is there a registry fix?
