During Activation of US Payroll. Getting the Error (Employee. Too many segments in the key definition.US Payroll 7.2A)

Hi All,

I tried to activation for US PayRoll 7.2 in New sage 300 ERP 2016 books.

but that time getting an error for "Employee. Too many segments in key definition.Source: 16:10:26 - US Payroll 7.2A and

An error has occurred during the processing of Payroll Activation. The error returned was 1203. CreatePR-10
Source: 16:10:27 - US Payroll 7.2A"

Please advise, how to solve the issue.

Do you have any third-party integrations (or even other Sage integrations) with your payroll?

Hi Django,

I have installed core module(AP,AR,GL,IC, PO, OE, US.Payroll)and Norming Asset management in the Sage book.

but I tried to activate for US Payroll that pop message was coming in activation screen.

Hi Pkash

From the error it looks like your database never had US Payroll and you want to activate Payroll. Is this correct ?

What version of US Payroll and Tax Tables are you trying to activate? What version of 2016 Product Update do you have installed ?

Hi Richard,

I installed Sage 300 ERP 2016 and PU1. I am trying activated for US Payroll 7.2A and US PR Tax Update March 31 ,2016 7.2D.

That time was getting error.
