It looks like you are trying to run an ODBC report but OERPT.INI is set for a datapipe report. Edit OERPT.INI and comment out the datapipe line.

Uhhh, OK the thing is ..... it's working on everyone's computer in the office except this new one. Even if you use a different users login on this new PC - it'll work on all the other PC's in the office on everyone's login but as soon as you login to this new computer and try to run the same report - you get that (can't print) error.

    Programs installed local?
Click Help, System Information: what does Program Directory say?

    Yes,

We run the install program from the WSSetup folder when we install it on a new PC. The working folder is on the server.
I have a screen shot of the HELP - System Info display but I don't know if I can attach it to the thread in this forum but it says:

System manger Version: (Sage Accpac 500 ERP) (Build 53) (Product Update 4)
    Program Directory: \\accpac-misys\accpac\
    Shared Data Directory: \\accpac-misys\accpac\

    Applications:
    ID Name Version
    AP56A AP 5.6A
    AR56A AR 5.6A
    CS56A CS 5.6A
    etc .....

accpac-misys is the server name on the network.

At one time we had to make sure that for Win 7 64 bit systems ...... we copied over two files called the MSMAPI32.OCX and U2LMISYS.DLL files from a 32-bit machine or some other 64-bit machine you may have already done this to, over to the new 64-bit machines. They go in the Syswow64 folder - this has been done.

    Cheers'
    Dave

Then it is not a datapipe error, something else is going on. Are they printing the correct report? If they select the wrong report then they could also get that error.
