US Payroll Update Program on Individual Computers

If each computer in our office has the programs on a local drive, do we have to run the US Payroll update on all the workstations?

Yes, which is why local programs are a bad idea.

It appears the only way to run Sage 300 2014, 2016 and 2017 on one computer and have users running different versions of the software at the same time.

That's an even worse idea! You should never be running multiple versions unless they're on VMs.

How do you support clients running on different versions. We cannot update everyone at the same time.
