Item number does not exist when adding an item to a BOM using web screens

When adding an item to a BOM using the web screens (Sage 300 2023.1) I get "Item number does not exist" error. Sometimes with the master item and always with the component item. I also notice that the UOM does not show in the UOM finder on the BOM either.

However the desktop screens work fine. The Sample data works fine as well. I upgraded from ver 2022 to 2023.1.

Anybody seen this?

Not seen this, but recall issues around coding - web screens may be more finicky.

Any characters different to other items in the master or component's codes?

Hi Wayne Hew can you try logging into my Sage 300 demo site which is loaded up with sample data and see if the same problem happens there? If it does we know its a website issue for sure, if it doesn't we may be able to troubleshoot it. I'll DM you the login details and website address. Cheers.
