Cant print reports Sage 300c web screens

We can't run reports in 300c 2017. We have had Sage and consultants look at it for a year now and we are getting a bit frustrated. Wondering even anyone else was still have issues. We have the web screens on a dedicated server and have all the patches an updates.

It does not make sense for someone to have that many issues running reports through Web Screens. Can you try applying Product update 2 (KB:82858) and also applying hot fix 83179 and try printing your reports again?
