Sage 300

Error Message: 'An error occurred while running a report.' '#JAVA_EXE#' is not recognized as an internal or external command. operable program or batch file. How do I fix this? Dana Any and all advice greatly appreciated

We can't run reports in 300c 2017. We have had Sage and consultants look at it for a year now and we are getting a bit frustrated. Wondering even anyone else was still have issues. We have the web screens on a dedicated server and have all the patches…
