We also had a client with this issue. Sage 300 ERP 2012 with CRM 7.2 on 2008R2 server. stripped and reinstalled but no glory. Spun up a 2012 server and moved everything over to clear the issue. Never did figure out why. Tomas is correct this is a ERP web deploy and both the web deploy and the portal must be working. Also not the portal for ERP 2012 is not Server 2012R2 compliant.

It has come to my knowledge, through a support call with the business partner, that this install is on a 2008 server. As per the Sage CRM Support Matrix, Server 2008 R2 is the minimum requrement. To resove this, please upgrade the server to 2008R2 or 2012.

Tomas - It was discovered about running on Server 2008, however it's been in that environment for over 2 years  CRM was patched to 7.2f and PU 4 was installed.  We verified that web deployment is/was running.

Here is the error message they were (periodically) when they click the drill down icon on the O/E Inquiry All Orders custom CRM page. When this message is received, sometimes other users will not be affected and sometimes the user who received the error can click the back arrow and then repeat the process and it works. However, ALL of the time, if the IT guys reset Sage Accpac Tomcat, the users can start working again,.

Could not find the Sage 300 ERP O/E files.

1. Make sure Order Entry is activated for this company in Sage 300 ERP.

2. Check that this user has sufficient access rights to run Order Entry in Sage 300 ERP.

3. Check with your internal support department to make the Sage CRM to Sage 300 ERP link is still valid.
