Sage 300 ERP network problem

The driver or network connection that the shortcut ‘Sage 300 ERP.Ink’ refers to is unavailable. currently get this frequently and just restart the machine but now does not disappear anymore. What may be the course?

Slow network. Make sure it's 1000 Gbps or higher, and never on a VPN.
