Katie,

First thing to try is run the Sage 500 Application 1 time on the machine using the Right-Click "Run as Administrator" depending on permissions sometimes the application cannot create the configuration files for the applications that need them for the Crystal Runtime Version that is used.

using this Run as Administrator allows application to create the needed config files in the directories needed...  after this you should be able to run normally.
