Install client on Server 2008 R2

SUGGESTED

On a server with .net framework 3.5.1 already enabled, the client install begins and tries to enable the framework and then shoots out an error saying:

CreateProcess failed for the following command line:

C:\USERS\user\windows\sysnative\dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename: NetFX3

I ran it as an administrator.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you ran the Sage 500 install using the setup.exe try installing using the Sage 500 ERP 2014 Client.msi or vice versa. Also you can try to manually run the .Net installations from the Sage 500 install under the DotNet subfolder

Also, just learned that moving the installation package (Sage500ERPClient2013.exe) out of the root of the C drive, and into a folder such as C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Software, has taken care of this error as well.
Note: Always make sure that you are either logged in to Windows with the actual local 'Administrator' account or that you have Local Administrator rights on that machine where the application is being installed.
