Hi Alicia,
Can you please let us know what you're doing when you get the error?
We have tested our Credit Card function with Paya, and its working on our latest versions.
It would be best if you can create an online case to Sage 500 Support to troubleshoot this issue.

Thank you,

Hi thank you for the reply. The team is trying to process credit card payments and refunds. They are in the Credit Card Transactions module.
In order for us to properly assist you with your issue.
We suggest that you create a case on our Customer Portal site: https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/
This way we can properly troubleshoot and document your error or issue.
Thank you,
TonyD
I'm very new to this but looks like we're not able to submit a ticket. I get "All of your allotted cases have been consumed".
We have found that we are getting an error when running a Test Connection thru Processors Account. But if we processed Credit Card Settlement, there is no error, and we are able to access the Virtual Terminal thru Paya and Settle all payments.
This is with the latest version of Sage.
Were you able to access your Virtual Terminal thru Paya?
Were you able to process Credit Card payments?
Unfortunately, version 7.40 is no longer supported. You can contact your Partner and have them open a case in your behalf. Also, try calling Paya, that there might be a problem on their end.
Hope that helps.
Thank you,
TonyD
Hi, No we are still not able to process CC payments, still receiving same errors. I am not sure how to access the Paya Virtual Terminal. I have reached out to our partner for assistance as well.
You'll have to make sure that Paya Connect Desktop is running. Then, if you can, run a Test Connection as above (this works for me on 7.70).

I ran a test connection within the Maintain Credit Card Processor Accounts module. Returned this error, "FAILED with the following error: URL or Network Error."
Then make sure your PCD/SED software is updated (they may have changed the URL a few years ago), and check your firewall.
