Unfortunately there is no out-of-the-box task to see this like you can for, say, Vouchers using View/Edit Vouchers. You can always view the Memo itself from Common Information > Reports > Other Lists > Memos List. On the Options tab select "Memos For: Invt Transaction" and add any other filters you wish on the Main tab.
