Email addresses no longer populate correctly

Over the last couple of months whenever I click on the email button in Sage, when the email window pops up Outlook doesn't recognize the email addresses.  Sometimes if I backspace over the last few characters and re-type them, then it works.  Other times I have to re-enter the complete email address.  Has anyone else had this issue?  I'm not sure if it's a problem with Outlook or Sage because we've been having trouble with both lately.

    Resolution
    • While there are issues that can occur when generating an email (see Related resources) through Sage 50—U.S. Edition, Sage 50 does not itself send or receive emails.
    • When you email through Sage 50 the program creates a PDF of the report or form, creates an email message in your default email client, and attaches the generated PDF.
    • If you receive errors like “address not found,” “rejected by server,” etc. or are unable to send/receive email, consult your I.T. professional to resolve the issue(s) with your email client and/or account.
    • If you are on Windows 10, check under Settings, Devices and Printers, and select No for "Let Windows manage the default printer".  Then go back to your devices and printers under the control panel and verify that Sage 50 E-mail Writer is not set to the default printer.
