How can I process my payroll when I am not in the office where the program is installed?

I have an office in NY and that's where the payroll processing is done. I am most of the time in another office in Florida, what would be the best way for me to process the payroll from Florida when the person in NY can't do it?

Thank you kindly

The best way would be for you to have a Remote Desktop/Terminal Server connection that would allow you to log into a Terminal Server and run Sage 50 from anywhere you have an internet connection. Talk to your IT person about setting this up for you. If that isn't an option for you, then you could use remote control software such as GoToMyPC, LogMeIn, or Team Viewer to connect to a workstation in the NY office that has Sage 50 installed on it. Nobody else could use that PC while you are logged into it. A third option would be to move Sage 50 to a hosting service. In that case everyone would be accessing Sage 50 via an internet connection. That would be the most expensive of the three options but would provide everyone with access from anywhere.
