Too bad you need help. Sage will charge you for it, but it is difficult to get from them. I am sitting here waiting for them to call back again. Seems they don't value their customer's time whatsoever. They thank you for "Choosing" the call back option when it is not an option, you either enter a call back number or they hang up on you right away. Then they warn you to sit by the phone because they will only call you once because they are very busy. Then the level one analyst will waste your time looking up a KB article, it won't fix anything, then that analyst will hang up on you and not call back. Then you have to call, go through the menu system again, and leave a call back number so they can call you back about 90 minutes later. WHATEVER you do, before you even say hello, get the analyst's first and last name and your case number. You will need a first and last name because when you call back, even if you get the same person they will deny that anyone by "that name" works for them.
