It's not possible to have more than twenty ship to addresses per customer record. This is not likely to change any time soon, as adding the ability for unlimited ship to addresses would mean a major rewrite to the code. The ship-to-addresses touch not just the customer and transaction windows, but the forms and reports would have to be recoded and retested as well. It seems like a simple thing to add, I agree, but it's not.

Some of the certified consultants who frequent these forums may be aware of an add-on program that might satisfy your needs. I would never say never, but the odds are more than good that Sage 50 will not add that functionality, I'm afraid.
