I have mentioned this before to tech support on the phone over the years. I need more ship to addresses for our customer profile settings. We have multiple accounts that have over 20 ship to addresses and 20 will not be enough. I cannot split the account as this would complicate things for my accounting and our customer's as well. We need the ability to add ship to addresses as needed. I would appreciate an update from tech support on this. Could this be done as an update instead of waiting for the next yearly upgrade?

    It's not possible to have more than twenty ship to addresses per customer record. This is not likely to change any time soon, as adding the ability for unlimited ship to addresses would mean a major rewrite to the code. The ship-to-addresses touch not just the customer and transaction windows, but the forms and reports would have to be recoded and retested as well. It seems like a simple thing to add, I agree, but it's not.

    Some of the certified consultants who frequent these forums may be aware of an add-on program that might satisfy your needs. I would never say never, but the odds are more than good that Sage 50 will not add that functionality, I'm afraid. Disappointed
