Did you purchase the Office 365 subscription from Sage? If you purchased your Office 365 subscription from Microsoft directly, it has to be a Business Premium subscription, and the login you use in Sage must have Global Admin rights. Also, you still need a connector sku added to your account that allows you to accept Sage as a Cloud Solution Provider. This allows the sync to work, and once it does, you can take advantage of the Office 365 apps.

The connector sku is something you have Sales add to your account at Sage, which prepares an onboarding email that sends you through a wizard where you can accept Sage as a CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) and also grants permission for the Sage Office 365 apps to your tenant.

That being said, there are some restrictions around what regions can accept Sage's CSP agreement, and those restrictions do change over time. I would advise to call in and discuss it with your account manager.
