The knowledge base solution is below.  I cannot guarantee this will work as Windows 10 updates have been breaking a lot of software programs.  If this continues you may wish to run your Sage 50 on a computer not connected to the internet and subject to updates or keep your solution updated so you can get the software fixes when Microsoft makes its monumental changes to the Windows 10 operating platform.

Thanks for your reply, but what we encounter is we sent Sage the correct file for activate validation but what Sage response will always saying there's an error and ask us to call support.

If you are on a 2016 program, Sage will not support you.  I would suggest either upgrading to get Sage support or follow the directions I posted and have your IT person review and fix the possible causes.
