There's no way in Sage 50 to change your fiscal year end. So you can either start over with a new company or work with a certified consultant who can make those changes to the database for you. You can contact me at [email protected] for pricing.

If you want to try to start a new company file yourself, look in the help for "Rebuild". You'll find steps for exporting information from your current company and importing into a new company. But I'll warn you, it usually is only practical for small companies with fairly simple books.

With that much history you almost certainly won't want to do a manual rebuild.You'll want to have this done for you.

I can get your fiscal year changed so that you can keep all of your history. From your side the process is simple: you send me a backup of your data, I send you a bill, in 24-48 hours I send your data back, we restore it to a new company and you pick up right were you left off. Well, I guess I left out the step where you pay the bill, we can't forget that part.
