I don't believe you can get a report from Smartposting. The Transaction Detail Report may work for you. In Reports, General Ledger,  Transaction Detail Report, run the report by a date range, and unchecking the summary will give you all the detail and the + or - in the amount column associated with the respective GL account number.

Yes this is what I was looking for. I was also able to add the Debit/Credit columns to this report. Thanks for your response!
