Tracking Equipment ID's Per Customer in Sage

Question

I am looking for a way to track equipment ID numbers for each customer (in this case Door ID's). Is there a way to do this in Sage? Ideally, each customer will have a list of equipment and ID numbers somewhere in the Sage database.

You have the customer management page where you can see all customer transactions. You could use job costing or if the items are unique to one particular customer and no one else uses them, enter a code or letter in the Item ID.
