Product Activation Required?

Late Friday - end of month....just what I don't need!

User is getting "Product Activation" Pop-up message when tried to sign-in!

Message:  "You must activate the product now to continue"

Sage50-Quantum 2019.0 

No changes have been made to Server. No upgrade.  No reason for an existing user to receive Product Activation message.  No other (known) user problems.

Fix? What would have caused this?

    Just got off phone with a GREAT Sage Support rep - Scott in Portland OR.  Best service call ever with Sage. (if it works)

    We reactivated licenses from the server. (Help->Sage 50 Activating, Licensing, etc.) 

    Appears to work. Though I can't verify on the laptop of the original problem user.  He took his laptop home for the weekend!! Slight smile  I'll have him try remotely.
