You can copy that PTB file to a zip extension.

1. Make a new folder (TEST) where your data path exists. Ex C:\Sage\Company\TEST

Copy that ptb file into the new folder TEST . Rename the ptb extension to zip.  Right click on the zip and unzip it to the new location TEST.

now DELETE THE ZIP FILE.

Open Sage and browse to that company.  Hopefully you can see it and open it.  If not you may have some files inside the TEST company that should not be with the data causing it to not open.

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. I did all the steps and when i extract the file all i see is the following

They are not valid Sage 50 files. 

Did you ever send your file to someone else?  Maybe they still have a copy.

Is there a chance at all to fix this  if i send a ptb file to a group members. 

What optionS do i've though ?

No, I didn't. 

No group member that I know can fix your company file with just those two records.    Did you send your hard drive out to a professional to see if they could recover any files? 

I would take the hard drive to someone like Best Buy for recovery. 

Do you have any other backup file?
