HI... I recently took over an account (AP).  There is an old credit memo on the account from 2013 that is driving me bonkers.  It will not allow me to delete bc its so old and year closed out.  We no longer do business with this company, so there will be no new invoices to apply it to.  I have two questions, is there a way to delete the old credit (delete button is grayed out), and if it can not be deleted, is a -$100 credit doing any harm just lying around out there?
